We collect, store, and use the transmitted files exclusively for creating the personalized product according to the respective service description on our website. If the submitted image files need to be passed on to specific service providers for production and order processing, you will be explicitly informed in the following paragraphs. No further disclosure occurs. If the transmitted files or digital motifs contain personal data (in particular images of identifiable persons), all processing operations mentioned above are carried out exclusively for the purpose of processing your online order according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. 8.4 Transfer of Personal Data to Shipping Service Providers

To the extent necessary for contract execution for delivery and payment purposes, the personal data collected by us will be passed on to the commissioned transport company and the commissioned credit institution according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. If we owe you updates for goods with digital elements or for digital products based on a corresponding contract, we will process the contact details provided by you when ordering (name, address, email address) to inform you personally within the legal time frame about upcoming updates via appropriate communication channels (e.g., by mail or email). The legal basis for processing your contact data for this purpose is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR in conjunction with Art. 7 para. 3 of the German Unfair Competition Act (UWG), according to which the use of data for advertising purposes must be based on the user’s consent.

8.5 To fulfill our contractual obligations to our customers, we work with external shipping partners. We forward your name, delivery address, and, if necessary for delivery, your phone number, exclusively for the purpose of delivering the goods, according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, to a shipping partner selected by us.

 

8.6 Printify

For order processing, we use the following provider: Printify Inc., 108 West 13th Street, Wilmington 19801, Delaware, USA. Name, address, and, if applicable, other personal data are forwarded to the provider solely for the purpose of processing the online order, according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. The transfer of your data only occurs to the extent necessary for processing the order. 8.8 Use of Payment Service Providers (Payment Services)

• Apple Pay

If you choose the “Apple Pay” payment method provided by Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, the payment processing will be carried out via the “Apple Pay” function on your iOS, watchOS, or macOS-operated device by charging a payment card stored in “Apple Pay.” Apple Pay uses security features that are integrated into your device’s hardware and software to protect your transactions. Therefore, to authorize a payment, you must enter a code previously set by you and verify your identity using the “Face ID” or “Touch ID” function of your device. For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provide during the ordering process, along with information about your order, is transmitted to Apple in encrypted form. Apple then re-encrypts this data using a developer-specific key before transmitting the data for payment processing to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay. The encryption ensures that only the website from which the purchase was made can access the payment data. After the payment is completed, Apple sends your device account number and a transaction-specific, dynamic security code to the originating website to confirm the success of the payment. Apple stores anonymized transaction data, including the approximate purchase amount, the approximate date and time, and whether the transaction was successfully completed. If you choose the “Google Pay” payment method from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”), the payment processing will be carried out via the “Google Pay” application on your mobile device, which operates on at least Android 4.4 (“KitKat”) and has an NFC function, by charging a payment card stored in Google Pay or a verified payment system there (e.g., PayPal).
